Walking in Straight Line

Aim: I want to find out if we need to use our senses to walk in a straight line.

Hypothesis: I predict that if you don't have your senses ( sight, smell, taste, hearing, touch) then you cant walk in a straight line.

Equipment:

1. Blindfold to stop us from seeing

2. Cotton wool to stop us from hearing and smelling

3. Bucket for our head to stop the wind

Method: I am going to attempt to walk in 200m straight line to a stake in the ground.

Put some cotton wool up your nose to stop yourself from smelling that lovely baking smell that will help you with your direction.

When I started walking in a straight line I ended up going left because I didn't see, smell, hear or touch anything.  It feels weird having 2 cottons up your nose and inside your ears. When the bucket was in my head i couldn't see a single thing all i can see is black and a little bit of sunlight in my face. I couldn't hear a thing too because the cottons in my ear is blocking the sound and  i couldn't even hear my friends giggling.

This is what i look like having a bucket in my head.
